Who We Are

The Bangladesh Dialogue is a youth-led civil society platform established in post-July Bangladesh that is dedicated to advancing democratic values. It brings together a diverse group of lawyers, businessmen, teachers, students, and activists.

By offering an interactive space for dialogue, the platform bridges the gap between policy formulation and public sentiment. It empowers young citizens to engage directly with the challenges facing the country and provides them with the tools to contribute actively to the nation’s democratic evolution.

What We Do

It is a chief goal of the Bangladesh Dialogue to create space for dialogue among different groups and ideas. Regular programs of the Bangladesh Dialogue include stakeholder dialogues, expert lectures, exhibitions, and podcasts. Each of these initiatives is designed to spark thoughtful discussion, share critical insights, and encourage a robust exchange of ideas—elements that are vital for a society in the midst of democratic transition.

The platform’s initiatives aim to promote constructive conversation and support the country’s ongoing democratic transition, and more importantly, sustain and advance the democratic process afterwards.
