The Bangladesh Dialogue has successfully hosted the fifth episode of TBD Perspective, bringing together leading experts to navigate Bangladesh’s evolving economic policies and investment landscape.

Titled “অর্থনৈতিক নীতি ও ব্যবসার ভবিষ্যৎ: বাংলাদেশ কোন পথে?”, the discussion examined the nation’s financial stability, investment climate, and the challenges of attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) in a post-Hasina era.

Nahian Rahman Rochi, Head of Business Development at BIDA, highlighted the importance of policy continuity and bridging the public-private consultation gap for sustainable economic growth. Economist Rabiul Islam Rabi emphasized FDI as a crucial factor in maintaining internal and external balance, addressing financial accountability and the challenges of recovering laundered money.
