The Bangladesh Dialogue Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of S M Saif Kader Rubab as its Executive Director and Kazi Rakib Hossain as its Chief Operations Officer (COO), marking another important step in strengthening the Foundation’s leadership and operational capacity.
These appointments reflect the Foundation’s continued commitment to building a dynamic leadership team capable of advancing its mission of fostering constructive dialogue, civic engagement, and meaningful social impact across Bangladesh.
As Executive Director, S M Saif Kader Rubab will oversee the Foundation’s strategic direction, institutional development, partnerships, and program implementation. In this role, he will work closely with the Executive Committee to ensure the effective execution of the Foundation’s vision and long-term objectives.
Kazi Rakib Hossain has been appointed as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) after serving with distinction as the Head of Operations at The Bangladesh Dialogue. Having played a pivotal role in managing organizational operations and coordinating key initiatives, his experience and institutional knowledge position him well to lead the Foundation’s operational functions as it enters this new phase of growth.
